Eligibility
Applicant must be a current graduating student from Kerrville Independent School District, or a prior graduate of KISD. Applicant must have at least a 2.0 GPA for consideration. Applicant must be a citizen of the United States. Applicant should exhibit financial need. A recipient can submit for renewal for the 3 consecutive years, given they have maintained a minimum GPA of 2.5 in their major area of study, and a 2.0 average in general studies.
Selection Criteria
Selection is based on financial need and personal accomplishments. Recipient must be accepted full-time into an accredited career and technology college, trade school, or university as an undergrad student before award decisions. The scholarship award is null and void if not accepted within one year of award date.
