Lindy Segall, a Fredericksburg resident, has led several small business enterprises over the past four decades. He is passionate about education, the arts, and supporting local students’ success. This scholarship fund was established to support the education of students who are graduating from Fredericksburg High School and Harper High School.

Selection Criteria
"Selection of recipient is based on personal achievement, as well as financial need. One scholarship is offered to each of the two high schools. Recipient must be accepted as a full-time student in an accredited college, university, or trade school prior to award decisions. The scholarship is null and void if not accepted within one year of award date."
